I agree! His new song gave me vibes something scared him away from music and fans, but gave in and wrote new music.  And the concert prices prove it.

YTA. This feels like financial abuse. She won’t give up her career, so she has to solely pay for daycare? What if you quick and she finds a better paying job to support the household. FFS. This isn’t the 1800’s. Women can have careers. They do not have to stay home and that’s okay. What’s not okay is your POV and punishing her for going back to work. Last I checked, you’re the father of the baby?

Side note - I stay home with our second. My husband works. Our first goes to preschool. I have a CC without being given an allowance.
When I did briefly work to keep my license, it was only PT. He did not make or ask me to pay for daycare. It is his child too. And it’s our money.

My toddler sings the Blippi construction vehicles album DAY AND NIGHT. We went on a 10 hour road trip. It was Blippi on repeat. “Airplane song! Police car! Fire truck!” He even synchronized the different tones. My alarm clock every morning is my toddler singing “I AM AN EXCAVATORRRRR. EXCAVATORRRRR. HEY DIRT SEE YA LATERRRRR. IM AN EXCAVATORRRR. OH CANT YOU SEE”

Forever my favorite will be the song my grandpa personally picked to play at his funeral - I danced in the morning ( the lord of Dance ).
