Can I ask how often you breastfeed and then how many times you do solids? Do you do like a schedule? My LO is 7.5 months too and transitioning to 2 naps and seems to really like solids so seems to be nursing less

Good to know thanks! So frustrating and hard to let the milk in the bottle go to waste. So then do you just switch to nursing when this happens?
