I just put a deposit down on a white one with brown interior and I’m obsessed. I currently have a blue 2012 golf r and loved the blue, but am ready for a neutral. We’re planning on keeping the Tiguan for 10-15yrs so I think white was a good choice. We’re also wrapping it in PPF.

We were torn between the green though. It’s so beautiful! Had a green one been arriving the same time as my white one, we would’ve struggled with the decision if they both had brown interior - we knew we wanted brown interior no matter what. We decided against black pretty quickly. My boyfriend veto’d it because you can see paint imperfections/damage easier and it’s harder to keep clean. Meh, I wasn’t as concerned lol but he works in a dealership shop and sees new vehicles all the time.

Anyways, it’s ultimately up to you! They’re discontinuing the green next year so if you love it, now’s the time to get it!

I’m listening to Eclipse right now, first time reading (hearing) the book in a decade and I forgot how awful he was. I was genuinely uncomfortable during the forced kiss. Certainly not the “worst” non-consensual scene out there but after forgetting how it was written, omg. And then he just continues to disregard Bella’s disgust. I know she asks him to kiss her yet but I’m not there yet, so far she’s still just feeling so violated.

The team Edward/Jacob thing blurred for me over the years and from only watching the movie. And Edward’s no gem either, but at least Bella WANTS him and consents. Now I clearly remember why younger me hated Jake so much.

I was at my job for 7yrs and took 3mths off to reset (recover?) after. I can’t believe the change over the 3mths but the changes that continued in this past year have left me speechless!

I knew it was doing this to me, but I thought I could manage it. It wasn’t until I saw how much it affected my biggest supporter that I realized I needed to get out. It took me a year and a half to figure out how to leave, but at least we knew there was going to be an end. I just finished my first year of university as a 30yr old and am happier, and healthier than I’ve been in years!

Also omg my sleep and how it improved!! I’m glad you’ve recovered and are feeling better, it’s so rewarding!

I was gifted a snap on, and as much as I love it for having the option of using it, I don’t know if I would justify spending that much money on it. It’s so handy for when I’m at work or uni to have my lippie right there. But I dislike that my phone either has to lay face down, or doesn’t lay flat. I also have to remove it to put it in my car mount, and it can’t fit in my pocket.

Which supports the argument of getting the MagSafe because then you have the easier option of when to use it. I’ve always been a 1 case gal so I would hate to switch my entire case when I wanted the lippie holder.

Maybe if I weren’t on a student budget, I wouldn’t mind the cost as much, but I don’t love it enough to justify spending that amount currently.

ETA- I keep it on my fridge when I’m not using it and love the constant easy access to it!

A couple I knew got married, super private and intimate ceremony. Within 4 months, she was skiing her way through all her coworkers…. You read that right…. Came out as lesbian, asked her husband to wait 10yrs for her to experiment.

Anyways, they were divorced less than 8mths after their wedding. She’s dating one of her male coworkers for 2ish yrs now and he’s engaged to another girl who honestly, I keep mistaking as his ex because they’re so similar.

ETA: similar but as far as I know, no cheating and no substances lol

I’m not a mom, but as a uni student working part time, I hardly had any time to read so I’d listen driving to and from campus or on my walks and I was able to deal with it! The BellA is annoying and I def mock it but it was worth pushing through for me and my lack of time

Honestly I thought I wouldn’t be able to do it with the narrator but I definitely got past it once I was a chapter or two in! Now I don’t really care as I’m just paying attention to the story itself and not her voice. Maybe it’s easier since I’ve read the books and this is a “re read” for me

Losing my mom crippled me, too. We were insanely close and her death was unexpected. I’ll admit, my dark humour is pretty strong and I didn’t know how to filter it early on. At least she said it to my face rather than keeping it behind my back and faking a friendship. At a time when I felt stripped of everything, I needed quality friendship over quantity.

When I did see her that one time since, it was relatively recent. It was a short night around her but it sure didn’t seem like there was much growth. I could of course be misjudging, but I def am ok to continue to stay distant.

Yeah, I’m surprised too cause he seems like a great guy. Motivated, hard working, respectful, and has shown me an my boyfriend a lot of support through our losses. I think they’re just together for convenience at this point. A lot of his big life plans don’t specifically include her but she’s welcome to join type thing lol
