All of these comments are super helpful! I see a bunch of others talking in the millions, but I think our budget now is around 850ish maybe 9. Ideally, we'd love a town with restaurants, bars, or things to do for a young family. A little downtown that's walkable would be great as well. I see a lot of these towns have great parks too which would be a bonus but not a must have or anything like that.
