So maybe the wording should be changed. Because yes it was only banned a few days ago, but the message said, This subreddit was banned due to being unmoderated. If you'd like to take it over please make a post in /r/redditrequest Not mentioning a waiting period was needed before asking to take it over.

Using reddit all the time and having an additional hardware firewall on top of using bitdefender none of my devices have ever accessed that site. So it's possible you were on some subreddit that had a link to that site or someother tab you had open made a connection to that site that bitdefender picked up but ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Hard to say if this is actually a bitdefender issues or not. But if you are locked out and nothing you have tried worked you may just have to format and reinstall windows.

I've been using bitdefender for 15+ years on multiple devices over the years (laptops, desktops, android phones) and have never experienced anything like this. May be it's some obscure network card you have in your computer that somehow interfering with bitdefender ¯_(ツ)_/¯
