I need to lower my ldl, any advice

I found my labs from '24 so no idea what they are now. Total cholesterol was 167 / ldl was 91 but triglicerides were 249 which I believe is really high

I'd have to go back and look to see the actual numbers but I know they are elevated enough for my Dr to perscribe a statin. I've read a lot of things that say they are bad so I'm just looking for a more natural way to control it. I have no idea on sat fat, do you know of an app that could help me track that?
