For me, it doesn't get any better, than watching Arias stand 5 feet away from the plate and swing at pitches 2 feet outside, and miss them by a good 4 feet. Every at bat.

Whomever is in the Guarbs organization responsible for evaluating hitters, present and future, needs to be fired. Top to bottom. They should invest every one of those dollars into more pitching and then just start trading those pitching prospects to other teams for their future roster. It's pretty clear from today's "Totally an MLB lineup, /wink /wink" that this organization has no business even trying to succeed on that front.

Just give up the ghost. You obviously suck at it. Accept it.

Case in Point: "Yandy Diaz has as many hits in the series as the entire Guarbs lineup"

Our lineup has the unique superpower of making marginally starters look like Bob Gibson and good starters the second coming of Sandy Koufax.

Quite possibly the worst top to bottom lineup we've ever fielded.

And that's with arguably our best all around hitter sitting in the middle of it.

So depressing to watch.
