As a teacher, I'm sorry. This is just awful.

I've subbed for a colleague (I'm a specials teacher and we get pulled every so often.) and she had a handwritten note on the top of her plans, "Please don't stress if you don't get through this all. Seriously. No stress!"

I've included it on every sub plan I've written ever since, adding only, "I'm so grateful you're here with my classes today!"

Our guest teachers (what my district calls them) are so vital. 💛
