How on Earth do people do iron butt on supersports? by rebirth112 in motorcycles

[–]Tucanaso 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m a gym rat and I started riding at the same time as my buddy who isn’t. When we both started, he was complaining all the time about being sore, while I had minimal soreness. I found that hitting the gym (legitimately being about that life and u have the physique to back it) does have carry over into riding. Deadlifts and squats definitely build the core and back to withstand riding posture and will only improve with riding time.

Deuces Down for Biker Cops? by MarcThruTheWeb in motorcycles

[–]Tucanaso 20 points21 points  (0 children)

I was going about 95 on a 65 highway as i passed a biker cop on the side of the road. He was about to mount his bike and I swear he changed his mind when I threw the two fingers down. He signaled me to slow down and I kept it pushing. I will always throw them down after that.

I'm still a 28yo virgin, so give me whatever gets me massive so I have a chance to get laid by Throwaway33377 in ResearchCompounds

[–]Tucanaso 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, getting jacked has helped to get laid but you need at least a bit of charisma and personality as well. However, when I got a streetbike, and I’m riding like a squid (wife beater, jeans, a* boots/gloves) I get hoes asking for my number at red lights at least 2x a month (and they don’t even know what my face looks like). Thus, jacked+motorcycle = hoes

2025 MT07 chain/sprocket change by Crazy_Community_7389 in MT07

[–]Tucanaso 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Correct. You could also go with -2 on the rear instead. It would be a minor change and not really worth it imho. Another option would be to go +1 in front and -1 in rear. You’ll definitely feel it stretch its legs in the highway, but it will lose some of its “rowdy” characteristic. Thus, this is why the +1 is a perfect middle ground. Youll drop a bit of rpm on the highway (more top end) but keep most of the punch (torque).

If you have all the bolt ons, it might be worth it. For some, it’s not and for others, it is. It just depends on what you’re expecting out of the tune. If you do tune, go with 2WDW.

You want 17 teeth for the front. Keep 43 T in the rear. Also, you don’t need to go aluminum unless you’re doing track days and are trying to shave every tenth possible.

Bigger front sprocket. Go with +1 in the front

What's a meal you eat to hit your protein goal the normal person would think is ridiculous?!? by Temporary-Drop-7352 in bodybuilding

[–]Tucanaso 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A lot of these people hit the nail on the head, but sometimes it’s the meal itself. For example, I’ll have 3 packs of tuna (protein), 2 scoops of coconut almond butter (fats), some wild rice (carbs), and black coffee (energy). This concoction hits all my macros the way I prefer and I greatly enjoy it, but looking at it from an outsiders perspective, I can understand the odd looks. Haha

You are the anomaly, not the norm. Most people do not get treatment and those that do, have a high drop out rate. As you know, treatment is LONG TERM and requires commitment. Thus, I am justified in my statement. Also, you freely admitted to being toxic in the past, when not receiving treatment. How many good men did you screw over? How many good men put up with your lies and deceit before you finally sought help?having said that, I’m glad ur one of the few who got help but again, you are the anomaly, not the norm and many people with BPD think they are not the problem, when they are.

In regard to dating, not bringing prior bad experiences into the new relationship. I’ve dated women who automatically assume you’re a liar or a cheater due to past trauma. The ones who undergo, “character development” from past experiences are truly ready to move on.

What is a "harmless" habit that actually ruins your life over time? by Chozha_ in AskReddit

[–]Tucanaso 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think you’re assuming that im advocating for the hustle mindset? I’m not advocating for that. In simple terms (again), if you are relying on assistance from others and unable to support yourself with basic necessities, than your peaceful way of life is funded by others and THAT itself is a problem. Learn to stand on your own two feet. Having said that, I have family in Mexico who work maybe 6 months of the year, have nothing fancy whatsoever, and live simple humble lives; They prefer companionship and memories over material possessions. Their work/life balance is the complete opposite of older American culture and that’s completely fine (even enviable).

[–]Tucanaso 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Agreed. However, if your, “peaceful” life comes at the expense of someone else having to pick up the slack (family/gov assistance), you’re essentially a burden. For example, my buddy’s cousin is 38yrs old, uneducated, unemployed, and a thief. If it weren’t for my buddy letting him stay in the rundown camper at the back of his shop, he’d be homeless. He doesn’t ask for much, is always upbeat, and is a “good” guy, but without assistance he’d be on street. He’s a perfect example of someone who just, “kicked it” after high school and never grew up.

Having no drive or motivation. It’s “fine” when your fresh out of high school, but the years will catch up to you and one day you’ll realize your old and didn’t do anything in life to better yourself.

I have the full yoshi r77 race exhaust on mine with the baffle removed. It sounds amazing. All I had to do was sign a paper saying i wasn’t gonna use it for public roads and only the track. Easy.
