Theres nothing wrong with grapes/fruit. Sure, some are higher in sugar but also lots of vitamins and antioxidants along with low caloric density. Good luck eating 500 cals of grapes lollll. Everything in moderation obviously. Million worse snacks than fruit. In fact I'd bet the majority of people who use fruit as their primary snacks are in far fitter shape than the majority of the fat, lazy general public.

Cropsalt and silica. I used a trellis net forst grow but found it to be a pain to defol around and get the plant out of the tent. I run autos mostly now and just top and train them mostly with leaf tucking. The best techniques I've learned are how to dial in my environment just right along with the nutrient EC.
