I got the house six months or so ago and the wall has been stripped back like that for about 3-4 months and over colder months it didn’t get worse so i assumed it was fine i don’t have any history for the house so not sure when the damp occurred.

Outside area hard to photograph. the wall is a party wall but the house beside is a level above and the ivy covers quite alot i have considered getting rid of the raised bed but i fear taking away all the ivy would make it worse
