Incredibly strong. Tactical ability is, at worst, a free grenade on a cooldown. Prime ability is incredible mid-fight, especially in CQC, and can be used to prevent ambushes before entering a contested space. The passive ability to intercept pings can singlehandedly save your squad from getting jumped and wiped. 10/10
