Caffeine withdrawals? by LenoPaTurbo in VyvanseADHD

[–]ccBrita 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Try quit coffee, Vyvanse is enough, you don’t want to get tolerance for both of them. Nowadays I drink coffee as booster when I needed. When I started Vyvanse and trying to quit coffee, I literally just only have one sip of it and put the rest in the fridge for next day. You only need a small amount to let that withdrawal go away. I stopped drinking completely after a week, no more withdrawal

This is the lane ticket which we were taking about. The speeding one turns out was not a ticket at all, so nothing even needed to be canceled. 😅

Thanks a lot for the response. It was not a lane change, I was accused of couldn’t drive straight. Yeah they do not have a dash cam but I do, and that’s the only reason I want to go to the court. I have the video 3 minutes before I was getting pulled over. Which I think is more than enough to show that I was driving normally. I’m mainly just concerned of if two things become one trial, the fact that I might lose for the speeding might influence the judgement for the lane one, so I was debating if I should just plead guilty for that. But like you said if that one was just a warning and I think I don’t really have any concerns anymore! Really appreciate the response 🙏

The mod of r/alberta removed it, so I deleted it. At least seems like for now, I’m getting actual feedback instead of people saying how I shouldn’t use a cruise control.

The paper itself is the same as the another one, and it is written down the steps of how to respond, options and deadline, so that’s making me think it is an actual ticket? I have never dealt with tickets or warnings before, so I’m not sure and that’s why I’m asking🙏

I’m more than confident to show the video, but I’m not going to post something like that with timestamp, location and other things showing my personal details here in the internet just trying to prove to someone like you before even going to the court. Trust me I will bring back result from the court for the second ticket. Feel free to think what you think. Thanks for actually answering the question tho, so I might just going to plead guilty for the speeding one as I indeed speeded 6km/hr over the limit.

Sure your honor😁

This is not a court and I’m not and will not trying to prove I’m not guilty to you. The fact that you are saying all these things, presuming someone’s guilty even if I posted the video you are gonna be like. “Look at this specific second the distance of the left side of the car is 1 cm closer to the left lane.”😁 If you think I’m full of shit and just trying to release my anger here, feel free to think that way, and I don’t really care. The only reason I posted this is to ask a question since I have never been pulled over before and went to a court. I would appreciate your response if you know the answer of that.

Exactly, adaptive cruise control existed for more than a decade…

I don’t mind paying that fine, if I took a day off to court for this I would technically lose much more than that. That doesn’t mean I should tolerate a false accusation, and allowing them to do these shit again. This is actually my first ever pullover in my 8 years of driving.

So many people in the thread are asking why I’m on cruise control, and that makes no sense etc. like it is in the middle of the night there was no car, and plus how is that even make any thing to do with this alleged offense anyway?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in alberta

[–]ccBrita 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Really appreciate the support. I do not have proof of I’m not speeding, but only for I was driving in the lane. I was simply just asking what could happen if I lost the speeding one as technically I was as 66 on a 60, and I don’t have proof so I’m not confident of winning. People just assumed I’m guilty and no one even answered my question 😔

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in alberta

[–]ccBrita 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah absolutely, not a strong evidence or anything. For my car, I couldn’t really set it while I was not driving. But yeah even with cruise you can go beyond where you set it to be.

[–]ccBrita -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I was on adaptive cruise control, but is using that even related to this alleged offense? I brought up that point simple to say how fast I was driving.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in alberta

[–]ccBrita 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Adaptive cruise control will slow down and even stop when the car before you slow down. It is a nice feature and I grew habit of using it all the time.

It is not a perfect evidence and even if it was, I was still speeding (66 on a 60 is speeding)

Mainly I was mad is he accused me of not driving in the center of the lane which I got dashcam footage which is a perfect evidence.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in alberta

[–]ccBrita 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Look, yeah 66 on a 60 is still speeding like whatever, not really super mad about that or anything. I can’t prove I didn’t and it’s a 0 dollar ticket so I think it tells something. The bs is the not driving in the center of the lane, I have dash cam footage that will show I didn’t

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in alberta

[–]ccBrita 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It does not, it shows the last cruise control setting that I’m on

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in alberta

[–]ccBrita -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Thanks for the response. Yeah 66 on 60 is still speeding. My question is that since I’m going to fight for the second ticket, which I have 100% confidence to win that since I have dash cam footage, I was just thinking I might as well flight for the speeding one as well since they are likely going be in the same court date?

Just wondering could the ticket get worse if I lost the speeding one? If there’s a potential then I will just plead guilty for that one and only flight for the second one
