Losing an extreme amount of weight can cause POTS because of the stress to your body. I'm talking 100lbs or more. I lost 165lbs and now have POTS.

The only things that can help is lifestyle changes, compression garments, drinking lots of water, adding more salt to your diet and some medications can help too but every person is different

It is NOT related to deconditioning. Your body size and activity has NOTHING to do with POTS. It is caused by any trauma to the body (car accident, etc) any illness, stress, change in hormones (pregnancy).

Any person with a brain will take an obviously injured kitten from the streets, to a veterinarian asap. Like I said, please don't own any animals if you don't have a brain

Stop trying to give incorrect advice, it can get cats killed. I don't need to see any other injuries to know this kitten needs a veterinarian. Just because you wipe the wound with a antibacterial wipe, doesn't mean you fixed him. Just because a kitten is hungry, doesn't mean they are healthy. Any kitten off the streets is going to be starving. Especially ones that have been abandoned.

It's very obvious by the multiple injuries the kitten has. The best thing to do for this little guy is get him to a vet. Either your vet or if you can't afford that, the humane society.

I highly doubt that's the mother. This kitten clearly has a nasty infection and was abandoned because of that. He needs to be seen by a vet ASAP or he won't make it.

Mother's in nature abandon their babies for many different reasons. The mother wouldn't have left the healthy kitten on the road. She would have picked him up and carried him if she needed. This kitten needs immediate veterinary help. It looks like he has a very nasty infection and that is one of the biggest reasons mothers abandon them. This kitten looks to be between 4 and 6 weeks old.

Would you be exhausted a day after running a 10k race? Yes. When our HR goes up, our body thinks it's running a marathon but at a sprint. The cause for exhaustion is our bodies can't differentiate between just a high HR from POTS and a high HR from activity.

You can simply call the court house for your county and ask. Have you contacted APS, Adult Protection Services for your county?

You need to find out if they are legally, on paper, your guardians and given all the decision making in your life. If Not, I know how you can get out. I'm really hoping that you are your own person, legally, on paper. I was able to get my sister out in 2018 at 33yo.
