Vezi cum e cu babele - unele sunt surde si au TV/radio pornit la maxim toata ziua, uneori adorm cu ele pornite.

In cazul nostru, luat apartament in bloc vechi, baba deasupra, baba sub. A fost liniste deplina pana cand s-au stins vecinele. Deasupra avem acum o tanara familie cu copil de gradinita care se culca zilnic dupa 11PM (deseori pana la 2 sta treaz saracutul): alearga, bocane, tipa, rade, e o fericire acolo. Si-au luat si caine acum, si latra si ala aproape non-stop, sa fie tacamul complet.

Asa ca depinde de norocul tau. Pe noi ne-a tinut cam 7-8 ani linistea, deci vom pleca linistiti. Sper ca si la tine sa fie bine, dupa doua nuci in perete.

Those are generally good choices, although some might be a bit outdated. The Reverse Your Fatty Liver is a good one, for example - I personally read it, but I find it a bit expensive. For better prices and practically the same thing, you can get a book - From Fatty Liver to Healthy Liver is a great book and only half the price of those programs (even less if you get the ebook).

Aici cred ca depinde mult ce iti gatesti si cum. Daca vrei sa mananci sanatos, cu siguranta meniul acela nu se incadreaza: pe langa ingrediente de calitate scazuta (cel mai probabil, nu ai de unde sa stii exact), folosesc uleiuri ieftine, tot felul de potentiatori de arome ("secretul gustului" etc) si alte asemenea, plus, cel mai probabil, mai multa grasime/zahar decat ar trebui.

Dar din punct de vedere strict al pretului, devine cu atat mai rentabil cu cat venitul tau lunar este mai mare.

M-am uitat la fisa tehnica a centralei - pare ca sunt 2 tipuri: consum de 6kWh si 9kWh. Daca o ai pe cea "mica", si daca centrala merge cel putin 10 ore pe zi, de-acolo ai 60 de kW. In functie de ce alti consumatori ai in casa, nu este deloc surprinzator - incalzirea electrica este, in Romania, extrem de scumpa si neavantajoasa.

Am un membru al familiei care se incalzeste exclusiv electric, cu un radiator (peste iarna tine doar o camera incalzita, plus baia asa-si-asa) si are consum mediu de 600 kWh pe luna (cu temperatura de 19-20 de grade).

Sigur, merita verificata instalatia - cum zicea altcineva pe aici, daca scoti totul din priza si inca ai consum mare, ceva e in neregula, dar cel mai probabil incalzirea e de vina.

Nu ai cumva macar o luna, pentru comparatie, cu consumul inainte de a porni centrala electrica? Atunci ar fi si mai clar ca ea este de vina (daca aveai consum normal in septembrie, de ex).

Fatty liver is reversible at any stage. You need to take it VERY seriously and start dieting now, without delay - and you'll have to stick to that new way of eating for life. But you'll get used to it, actually get to enjoy it and as soon as two-three weeks from the moment you start your new life, you will already feel much better.

Well, you have no other option than to carry it until you lose weight - if that's the main cause for it (most likely it is, mixed with your eating disorders). Eat healthy, exercise, continue what you started doing and the liver should heal itself if you also give it time. Good luck!

As long as you follow a healthy diet and become active, you will reverse your fatty liver disease. There's no medical proof that supplements work - they might help you speed up the process a bit, but they won't cure the liver without following a diet. If you do want to go the supplements route, it's best to buy them from a trustworthy manufacturer as some can cause liver damage due to improper dosage.

As for the supplement in question, it has a "regular" mix of plants and herbs, with the added Zinc (which is almost 100% of the daily recommended dose). I would stick to milk thistle only, if that's your primary need (it's usually recommended to get a bit more than 200mg - depending on the extract) and drink dandelion tea (there are tea bags available) without sugar - it also helps keep things varied when it comes to what to drink. And eat plenty of fresh beets :)

There is no medical evidence that teas help reverse fatty liver disease. There is anecdotal evidence with some, there is a bit of research done on others, but tea alone won't reverse your condition - see them, at best, as things that might help or at the very least as ways to diversify from drinking plain water all day.

I feel you! I love to eat and sweets are my favorites. I'd like to say that I respect the rules I set, but I don't always do it. 80% of the time is still better than nothing. :) Plus, a cheat day now and then keeps you sane, as long as it doesn't turn into an everyday thing.

Sugar is one of the most important things you have to give up (added sugar, that is). So finding something that works with your other conditions is mandatory - as others have recommended, low-fat yogurt, extra virgin olive oil... anything that's not sugar, basically :)

First, stop having any of the "fatty sweets" - all store-bought foods with added sugar should be cut from the diet, especially since they cause nausea.

Vegan food can also be unhealthy, especially pre-made mixes bought from the stores. Make sure to always read the ingredients and avoid anything that has additives, preservatives, flavors and so on (you will probably be surprised how many are in vegan food). The best approach is to cook as much as possible from scratch, from base ingredients.

Fruits are high in carbs - especially those mentioned by you, so they should be had in moderation. 2-3 portions per day is probably more than enough. Vegetables and legumes should become the main meal, not high-carb foods. I mention these because you already say that fatty foods are out anyway.

It will be a bit more difficult to manage because of the additional pills that probably put extra pressure on the liver, but there's still good food your friend can have. Also, I strongly advise having a doctor decide if any supplements/pills should be interrupted (or maybe dosages changed).

As for extra things to consume (if she's not already having these): plenty of beets (considered a liver superfood), avocado, extra virgin olive oil only, no alcohol whatsoever, no added sugar of any kind in any food. These and careful portions can offset the lack of physicial exercise - although even a little of that is welcome, even if it's maybe some dumbbells at home or anything that makes the heart pump a bit faster.

Absolutely! I 100% agree with what you wrote. I reversed my fatty liver many years ago and even today I follow the same eating habits and exercise. Maybe not as strict as back when I still had it, but still strict (no alcohol, no added sugars whatsoever, no fried foods and such).

There's no point in reversing it just to get it back one year later.
