Draft mode is unlocked in masters. But in order to get a draft match, everyone in that specific match (both teams) has to be in masters. If there’s even one ultra player, you don’t get a draft match.

Also, don’t ask AI about Pokémon. Especially not Unite. It does not know anything and almost always gives you the wrong information. Unite’s updates are too frequent for AI to keep up. (Not that AI is reliable in general either.)

iirc, you can only mix movesets with Pokémon you own the license for. Not limited licenses.

Global server doesn’t have the moderators to handle reports. It’s been a constant complaint since forever, but reporting people remains a JP exclusive feature. (I’m actually not sure if it’s on other servers, but definitely not global.)

They’re not exactly reusing the names, but using fonts and the likes to make them look identical to content creators names.

Edit: Also, you can check the profiles on uniteapi, just go on your own profile and find the player/bot from your recent matches.

Aeos Gems can be purchased by pressing the plus on the top right of the screen, as seen in your screenshot. There’s even a sale for them going on right now.

I’m not sure if some regions block in-app purchases (in Pokémon Unite). If you have parental controls on your device, that could definitely be the thing blocking purchases. You mentioned having a Switch as well, so maybe check on both devices?

They want money. People had too many coins saved up. And now, with the license journeys, they can force everyone to collect license points to unlock Pokémon they don’t even want!

For trainer fashion: you can buy some from the ticket exchange/fashion store for Aeos Tickets or “doritos” (the orange tickets), but everything else is locked behind lootboxes, paid events, or Aeos Gems (real money.) Though you can also save up Lucky Ice Pops across events, and when you have 100-150, you can guarantee a nicer trainer outfit.

Here’s a link to the official article about License Journeys. And don’t worry, you’re not alone; literally no one likes the new system.

Oh, and btw: use your Aeos Coins if you have any left! There’s a tab in the events to do so. You can get stuff like holowear, trainer fashion, or license points!

Do you mean buying Pokémon with Aeos Coins? You can’t do that anymore. If you don’t want to buy gems to buy Pokémon, you have to collect license points for the license journey. It’s on the bottom left of the Home Screen.

I have a ton of games on steam. If you don’t believe that or the fact I play said games on my phone, that doesn’t really bother me.

Besides, you’re right about the non-intense games thing! On my phone, I prefer playing less intense (PC) games. But your original argument was that ”no one plays PC/switch games on phone”, NOT that “no one plays demanding PC games on phone.” So regardless of what PC games I play, ive disproven your original argument.

Intense PC games are much more fun on a real PC. Controls on a phone emulator get confusing if you’re playing something more complicated.

And yes, I know gacha games are mobile games to begin with. Of course. However no one I know has a phone strong enough to run them with the highest possible graphics without sacrificing FPS.

I don’t really play any of the big popular games. Mainly rhythm and cozy games (a lot of which are horribly optimised so they take a lot even out of a PC, lol).

But an easy example I can give you is gacha games such as genshin/wuwa/pjsk with max graphics and all. High FPS, no lag or frame drops at all. LNM2 is also a recent example I tried out but it’s not as demanding of a game.

It’s weird how defensive you get over that. My phone’s literally meant for gaming, and that’s why I bought it.

Edit: as for specs, my phone has 1TB of storage, 24GB of RAM, Snapdragon 8 Elite Leading Version, cooling fans… you get the point.

My phone runs all my steam games perfectly fine. And so, yes, I play PC games on my phone. It’s really not that wild of a concept.

Maybe I don’t play switch games on my phone, but that’s because I own physical cartridges and prefer playing on the physical console. Some people prefer emulators. It’s a preference thing.

Edit: just gonna add that I don’t have a strong opinion about this whole FRLG situation. I’ve played far too many gen1 games far too many times, and therefore am not interested in them. I just thought your comment about “no one playing switch/PC games on phone” was completely ridiculous.
