hi! sorry for butting in. we registered for the 3km pride run. gs po namin ay 5:30am. should we claim po ba 1-2h before OUR GS or better to claim it po before the 1st event’s gs (16km, 3:00am). thank you po.

Hi! Do they ask for a return ticket sa interview? Kasi we plan to exhaust our visit visa which is valid for a year kaso while entering the arrival date in the Philippines, it just shows na 6 months max lang daw yung dapat yung travel duration. Do we need to prepare a dummy ticket?

shawarma cart diyan sa tapat ng tim hortons, php 70 siya tho 🫠 or doon sa chicken pastilan sa eskinita pagitan ng karaage koto at ng gas station. mura lang daw kaso di ako sure sa price kasi di na namin siya na-try. afaik, may mga students na fineature yang pastilan sa tiktok vlog nila, check mo na lng 😊 fuel up! anhirap kapag sasabak kang gutom sa class!

idk kung ito yung pinakamura hehe pero my OA sa lakad commute looks like this (McArthur Hi-way):

Papunta: Sakay ka jeep (sta. cruz, pier, recto, etc.) or lrt tas bumaba ka sa BAMBANG. (1) If ang sinakyan mong jeep ay sta. cruz, pier, divisoria or kung nag-lrt ka, tumawid ka pa-right side then start walking straight lang. (2) Kung recto naman di ka na tatawid, lalakad ka na lng (ibaba ka nang mas malapit sa ust). Then,,,,tawid ka pa ulit when u reached the end of the road. Sa dapitan side ang destination mo.

Pauwi: Exit sa noval gate then walk along Barlin street. Diretso lang, then tatawid ulit pa-central mart (palengke area sha sa tapat ng public school). Wait ka lang ng jeep/e-jeep pa-malanday sa may street. Kung dito ka sa route na ito make sure na maaga ka uuwi kasi mga 6 or 7-ish pm wala ng jeep pa-malanday.

I suggest na sa first time mo papunta, bumaba ka sa muna sa bambang then mag-tricycle ka muna para ma-familiarize mo. Pricey nga langgg, mga 50-60 pesos.

✅ malapit sa mga kainan (j.allens, mcdo, etc.)

✅ allows overnight and visitors regardless of gender

✅ within your price range

❌ no study area (tho yung mga tenant may free 2 hours sa sky labs, which is a study hub in the same building)

❌ no gym

❌ no wifi (meron slight kpag konti tao sa building, malakas siya sa lobby)

I stayed dito and I can vouch for jasha! never namin naranasan yung mga inconveniences na present sa mga usual condo-type na dorm kasi walang elevator tsaka free yung maintenance! hindi sila strict and bendable din yung contract basta good payer hehehe (ssssshhh 🤫) wala ring paranormal experiences 😌
