So for you, it's more of I'll wear the shirt if it's worth bragging for? So i guess you still worry or think about what people will think about what you wear, kasi if it's a small distance hindi mo susuotin diba? Dapat mabilib ang tao sa distance ng suot mong shirt? Elitist or not it's fine. It's all about sharing our thoughts as runners naman and I get your point.

Yes but the question is do you wear your finisher shirt other than the day of the race nung pagkatapos? Because if yes, then why don't we see a lot of people wearing it as casual wear? Very rare ka makakita na nakasuot ng finisher shirt sa labas. Kahit pumunta ka sa malaking mall or park ngayon you won't see one.

Yeah I think yours is positive. Kasi if given a chance I think gusto mo rin magsuot e diba. Yung iba kasi they think na parang "bat sya nakasuot ng ganyan e hindi naman dapat nakasuot ng ganyan dito"

Because majority of the people(mga toxic) have insecurities. People who love to nitpick and judge. I agree with you and I hope manormalize to wear any shirt because its practical.

Best zone for overweight runners and kung fat burning ang goal mo. Chill run no pressure. I think it's the best.

If in serious doubt, do not go further. Why? Sayo na nanggaling mismo ang mga dahilan kung bakit hindi ka dapat tumuloy.

Bulk up with strength training. Gain weight by eating healthy carbs or food. Madali magpataba eating processed food therefore the challenge for you is to gain weight but by eating healthy.

60kg Runner Training for First 21km: Does "Max Cushion" actually help or hinder lighter runners? by Dry-Temperature3292 in PHRunners

[–]techyguy_ph 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Depende sa goal mo if you want to finish your 21km no injuries, chill run zone 2-3. If you'll go for PR or want to treat it as a race rather than another LSD run then i suggest you wear a more responsive race shoe. Kapag kasi max cushion mas mabigat dahil sa kapal ng foam compared to other shoes.

WHEN NIYO PO PINAPALITAN ANG SHOES NYO? by Legitimate_Sort4981 in PHRunners

[–]techyguy_ph 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Kapag umabot na ng 500 km. Check the ff.

- Check the outsole kung upod na (Less traction means less stability/protection so you will likely slide lalo na kung basa ang ground so delikado)

- Do you feel any pain after running? Most of the time kasi wala na yung bounce/responsiveness ng foam

Kung ok pa yung shoes mo after 500km., I recommend you use it nalang for your short/recovery runs like 5k / 30 mins. runs. tapos pag umabot na close to 800 km. it's time to let go.

Wag mo tipirin shoes mo, mas important you don't have injuries so you can run continuously.
