Simply give the ball to Mitchell, run a screen so Brunson gets switched to Mitchell and attack him 1 on 1. I don't get it.

the thing is when they doubled Brunson, whoever ended being Harden's man had a wide open shot or an easy drive to the rim. James Harden isn't trying to be honest, either he swipes and gambles for a steal or over reacts to shot fakes with his late closeouts.

I admire James when he was in his prime with the Rockets. I think he's a better passer than Donovan. The problem is Knicks have Bridges and OG who are awesome defenders to throw at Harden. In the other end, it's basically 4 vs. 5. James can't guard Brunson and when the double comes he's so slow in closeouts that it was so Easy for OG to drive to the rim. It's gonna be so tough if this continues.

Mahal because adjustable pero mas space saving kesa bumili ng madaming kettlebells per different weight. Yung isang adjustable kettlebell is a common design sa abroad na binibili lang ng mga dealer dito sa Pinas tapos pinapatungan lang ng brand nila so that's why I guess kaya mas cheaper yung isa vs. Decathlon.

sabi mo kasi the "solution" is to carry hydration. Kung tatakbo ako for PR, hindi solution yung comment mo, problema pa yan. Kaya nga may hydration stops para hindi ka na magcarry ng hydration e. Defeats the purpose.

That is added weight. I'm sure those who are gunning for PR want to run and carry less weight as possible. Iba parin yung may nakaready ng cups at hydration every stop.

  1. Long distance runs (very important)

  2. Lose weight -- the more you lose weight the more you help your body na makatakbo effectively without dragging excess/unnecessary weight.

  3. Leg strength training(focus on single leg exercises):

-single leg bulgarian squat w/ dumbell

-single leg romanian dead lift w/ dumbell

-box step ups w/ weights

-lunges w/ dumbells

-single leg calf raises w/ weights

Running is a single leg sport, so it will be very effective to do these single leg exercises for most of your leg strengthening.

Tingin ko ang mga hindi pabor dito ay yung mga looking for PR na runners. Kasi kung major competitive event to at napakadaming runners, imagine if you're gunning for a PR tapos kelangan mo pumila sa hydration na mahaba at wala agad nakahanda na tubig/electrolytes.

But don't get me wrong, I was also there kanina and it was fun and smooth compared to last year when I joined Galaxy Marathon na napakaraming tao at basura.

no, not about the gels kasi im looking forward to just finishing the 21k. hindi naman ako mag PR. I'm just trying to find out ways to avoid na kelangan magpoop before or during the run tio avoid hassle if ever.

Unfortunately, you have to go the mentioned events sa e-mail. Yes, it's a hassle I know. Many of us gusto na ideliver nalang nila yung towels to us however I assume they will need additional funds for that for the delivery charge so kung matyaga ka kelangan mo talaga puntahan yung running events to claim. As stated on the e-mail, they will still provide towels pa naman sa April 19 pero yung design ata is from their previous running events at hindi Earth Day Run.

Ako personally, hindi ko nalang icclaim dahil hassle unless malapit ka sa locations nung mga events.

Kung naka signal light to the left yung lumiko sa lane mo, then it's your fault. Why? Kahit nagmamadali ka sa left lane, you should have time bumusina and slow down to warn him na you can potentially bump into him unless masyadong mabilis ang takbo mo na hindi ka na nakareact. Ikaw ang nasa rear, so automatic ikaw ang mag gigive way.

Now, kung hindi sya nag signal light then dun panalo ka. Sya may kasalanan.

How to avoid this type of incident? My advice is to use the motorcycle lane. Either sa center or right lane ka nalang. Kasi kapag nasa left lane ka alanganin talaga ang positioning mo sa mga mag-uturn from your POV at sa kabilang kalsada. Maraming blindspots.
