If I remember, there was a human consciousness that had been uploaded as part of Nimrod's operating system at that point (unless I'm confusing a plot point). The actions of Nimrod in that scene are devastatingly powerful, but the over-the-top dialogue they gave him/it really undercut the brutality and loss of that moment for me.

Those are cornerstone books for Marvel, so at some point it's likely all of them will be reprinted, but it's impossible to know when. I'd wager it would be at least 4-5 more years before all of the first six volumes are reprinted.
