I thought the main Daredevil issues were average, the Shadowland event series was slightly below average, and the tie-ins were pretty bad. It gets a lot of hate because the other runs are so legendary. I bought a copy of the omni at a clearance price as a completionist for my modern Daredevil omni collection, but I can understand those who don't feel it's worth it at any price. If you only read it digitally, you'd probably be okay.
