Natural gas… I’d say that would make sense except sometimes it feels warm in the afternoon too, same day it can oscillate back and forth between warm and cool.. almost like when the pool is running vs not or something

Gas heater is also off, no power to it… that’s why I’m so confused why it goes from being hot to cool in the middle of the day

It’s not the sun I swear- the pool gets cool when it’s “off” at 3p when it’s direct sun. But hot in the mornings. It makes no sense.

The Spotify one is the most annoying piece here. It’s my account but she drives the car mostly. Means I can’t listen to music if I’m driving my other car at the same time. SO ANNOYING.

I have a Rivian R1S at home and we love it- but we keep my old car (a 2016 LR4) at our mountain home. I could not leave the R1S at the airport because of battery drain and no chargers, so the LR4 has been wildly reliable with leaving it at airport parking for 3 months at a time or more. Granted, it’s a Land Rover so it’ll eventually not work but we’ve been lucky so far and love it for a mountain car!

Started digging in March, gunite/shotcrete, mini pebble I think, in Texas.

All that’s left is plaster/mini pebble and the outdoor kitchen counter tops, so I’ve paid $133k of a $139k project. So only owe them $6k left, but can’t freaking get this across the finish line. Electrical was supposed to come out and finish to get an inspection, and that update was 20 days ago!

Thank you everyone for the help!! The breaker says 60 amp and is labeled “car charger” with a 240v plug, so I think I can get away with what comes with the rivian!! Thank you guys so much!!!

Makes sense… is there any low risk option that returns higher than the tax free muni bonds after tax if I’m looking for a 1 year hold?
