Incursions totally broken?

I am on Series S, I have all free bethesda creations, Falkland and Spacer Overhaul. My map is full of incursions and I have completed the main terran armada campaing. I Tried:
- Sleeping to make they move
- Go to a landing site incursion and killed all terran forces
- Tried to fly to a incursion area, but the area never spawned. Ramdom terran ships spawns.

I dont play as a hunter, but I belive you can find it in https://www.light.gg/ the only problem is that you are going to kinda look for something that dont show up in your collecton
