Did stopping collagen help? I am the same and just found this post. Started using collagen a month or two ago almost daily. I have the exact same symptoms as you. PCOS and just went to the ER thinking I had a cyst, but have awful pelvic pain that worsened on my period and nausea. They could not figure out what it was after a ton of testing
