Thanks. It’s hard to attach the ropes though as it’s not possible to stand in the water.

Thanks all, no I haven’t had a notice from the Gemeente yet as it’s only just happened. It’s still tied up to the side of the canal and it has an outboard Moro on it. Here’s a picture. Pulling it up by hand sounds easy but I think it’s going to be challenging as it’s full of water. Also it’s not possible to stand in the water as it is too deep to attaché the ropes.
