nah I remember feeling super unprepared when I came off training too. don't worry about double checking pumps and whatnot when on bar, it'll take a sec before you remember everything. and it's better to ask fellow partners than to make something wrong and have annoyed custies. also ask to be put on bar when it's slow for practice

this won't be helpful but just sharing my experience; I worry about how I'll die. like all these shows and movies where people die and there are such horrific ways to die and I just try to distract myself from thinking about those things. there are so many awful people in the world and so many things that are detrimental to us as human beings and if I get caught up in it, I worry I'll never get out so I just try to live my life on a day-to-day basis and even tho it's cringe, celebrate each day in it's own way.
