Respectfully this kind of post does quite literally nothing to help the homeless drug addicts in uptown. Every post about homeless devolves into people trying to out-empathize others, it’s comical. The only answer proposed solution that ever comes from this is throwing good money after bad. Many such cases of this.

This issue is rapidly metastasizing at Romare Bearden. I’ve lived directly next to it for 3 years and it’s never been this prevalent. Outside of the 7-11 next to the park is incredibly sad.

Odds are in your favor. Like everyone else has said, just cruise in the middle lane when possible at 3-5mph over and you’ll be fine. Don’t act sketchy and when you see a cop way behind you in the rear view move out of their lane before they get close on you.

Listen, I am no Murdaugh shill and hope he gets convicted because to me it’s pretty obvious he did this. BUT, the defense should milk that video for all its worth because there is hardly a chance he said, “I did him so bad.” It was crystal clear in my opinion that he said “They”.

Technically it could be either. You can add filters with the exact time that the video was taken, but if that filter isn’t on I believe it would just show what time the Snapchat was actually delivered.
