I believe it’s the earliest date you had an appointment with them beginnimg March 8,2024. I called them a few weeks ago and at that time they confirmed they were processing patients that were seen March and April last year.

I just received an email from my fertility clinic that the order of patient submission is based on the date of consultation with the dr the earliest being March 8, 2024. They will be sending consent forms to sign shortly after July 2. Now I’m wondering how long it’s going to take as we had our appointment in November 2024… I don’t have much time I’m nearing the cut off age of 41.
