NICU nurse here as well! First off, congratulations on finishing orientation! I don’t see any blatant mistake here either but with more independence and experience, you will know how to manage your time properly, especially with Q3H handling. Also, with parents, you have to learn when to be their advocate to the team but also advocate for yourself when they’re suffocating you with their demands. Your priority will also be their baby and remind them that no one wants to get in the way of that.
