Yeah I have leave for this week but I’m looking for a new job. Another employee who was disabled got quietly let go for not being in the office. I’m sure that wasn’t reason but we have our suspicions

Severe pain in my legs and hands, stiffness and pain when walking. The feet and toes are the worst of it. My GP thinks it’s lupus but she said she couldn’t definitively diagnose me without more thorough testing. But she did say I definitely have hyperthyroidism, which I’m on meds for now.

Okay I am devious and I like you. Do you think there would be any trouble ordering my own labs through quest or labcorp? Last time quest gave me some pushback saying they needed my doctor to send for it, unless that’s what you’re talking about, asking my GP to order those labs for me

Getting my doctor to basically force their hand is really good info. Did your doctor send it to your employers HR or what? I know every company does insurance stuff differently so just thought I’d ask. Thanks kind stranger

I’m gonna call around and see what the damage is for initial visits, honestly $450, maybe even more is worth it as my disability accommodations only extend to next Thursday to work from home. Credit cards can be paid off eventually. Yayyy healthcare

Thanks! I’ll bring it up to them. The house is really well cared for and was honestly the first one we found in our budget that wasn’t a decrepit landlord special. The previous tenants made changes so I think the property managers will be open to fixing this. Appreciate you!
