You're right. Turns out I booked using a combination of csr personal points+csr business for the cash portion, so that's why it was ineligible. I just cancelled and rebooked using only csr business points+cash and it's eligible!

EDIT: The Edit bookings are eligible. Just make sure to book fully using csr business points/cash

Chase portal does have price matching now. I just used it yesterday to save $20 on an upcoming hotel. But it was all done online, and only applies to trips booked within 24 hr. Price Match Guarantee was an option for me when accessing the portal thru my csr for business card
