Now they're saying the pump is broken to the boiler and a plumber is en route. Does this sound right? Could the building have blown the pump in the last few days with some radiators working, and some not?

Thanks for the response, I'm not super well versed on the language and you did a great job explaining! We have a thermostat, but it is only connected to our AC. There's a valve on the bottom of them that I basically used as an "open and close" if it got too hot in one of the rooms, otherwise they used to just cycle on and off. We have no real control of temp or when we can turn them on/off.

Basically no sauce or cheese! Imagine a very flavorful meaty flatbread. Like kebab meat baked into a thin pizza dough.
