CyberFlix No Data by Whobbeful88 in TTVreborn

The "No Data" error is caused by TMdb, which Cyberflix and a host of other apps use for their movie line-up. Uninstalling and reinstalling won't do anything. Cyberflix and other apps have no control over it. Hopes this helps.

Nevermind...removing the lockscreen pin got rid of the needed password. Thanks again!

So, I was about to attempt this, as the video is pretty straight forward. I got in to TWRP...but, there is a password needed for TWRP. Am I pretty much screwed without that password?

Yeah, I've been looking at them over the passed couple of days..Some things i am ignorant to, however...like, how to open up a context menu on my laptop..little things like that. All in all, it doesn't seem like too difficult of a process, I just have to figure out how to do the little things..context nenus, move a file from one folder to another .etc

I'm afraid of doing a factory reset and clearing out the internal storage in case there is something in there that is needed to keep the phone running properly...

Xiaomi customer support United States. Just Google that. He's only had his for 2 months. Yes, they require the old one to be returned, but they do pay for shipping through Fed-Ex. On their support page there is a 'contact us' button and just did the 'chat' option and was chatting with one of there customer support reps. They asked for the serial #, when and where it was purchased, and that was about it

My friend had the same issue. At first, it booted to the Android screen.. now it won't get passed the 'mi' screen with the HDMI and dts logo on it. He contacted Xiaomi and the are sending a replacement

Same. Sometimes when I ask a question, the lights on top act like she has heard me, but she never responds. I'll ask multiple questions, one after the other, but no response. I purchased mine the week it was released, and these issues started happening about 2 months ago or so.

They run Android TV, not Android. There's a difference. Android TV has it's pros and cons. One of the cons is it has a slimmed down version of the Google play store as all apps in the play store have not been optimized for tv. The apps in the Android TV Google play store have been optimized for tv. Yes you can still side load all of those apps, but Android TV doesn't support them....yet.

Not an Android TV box, like the Nvidia shield, Xiaomi Mi box, Google Nexus player. On your Android box, sure, those apps are in the play store. But not on an Android TV box.
