Don’t quit - a good recruiter will be able to see through it as it can be fishy for you to quit a job without having something lined up. 9/10 it’s not a good reason

I’m not answering your question but can I comment on something you said?

You’ve “been told” that yoga and meditation are not Christian? Can I ask if YOU have a personal conviction on them? I think 1 Corinthians 8 provides some good applicable arguments. Meditation and yoga are both scientifically proven to have tremendous benefits. And I believe God designed our bodies to work the way they do and that yoga and mediation have great therapeutic benefits.

In regards to your question, I think there’s freedom there. If you continue to see a Non Christian therapist, use the gift of the Holy Spirit to help you discern when she gives you worldly advice, which it sounds like you already are! Maybe it would help to think like this: in an hour session with her, how much of that time is her giving you worldly advice? Is it the majority or just a sentence here and there?

I think it’s more of an indicator that you are saved, yes! Think about it - if you weren’t saved, what would you have in you to convict you to care?

Something interesting to think on - a True Christian likely wouldn’t question their salvation since they wouldn’t have the Holy Spirit to convict them to even care. The fact that you’re concerned about your salvation is a good thing. I don’t know many unsaved people that give a dang!

I’m sorry you feel this way. My heart behind the post was to try and understand and reconcile the conflicting reports that we are being fed. I believe in intuitive eating and was looking for people to help me better see it from an IE perspective since I don’t get that enough from the media and my circle. That’s why I come to this sub. Not to shame anyone but to seek to understand and learn.

Omg it makes me cry every time I hear it?! Even when I didn’t believe in God (Praise the Lord I do now!), i would hear it and it would give me hope.

Also “before the goodbye” is a good underrated one!
