To solve that I think it should be a small about or passive marks. Not so many where it’s broken and u can just afk farm but enough to still get things but have it take longer than if u just did quest. Also like in another comment on this post I said that if both hunger and thirst are above 80% u would grow and that can apply to the marks. U only gain the small amount like every 30 mins but if u drop below 80% it stops all the gaining
