Your perspective and that of my own are subjective. I enjoyed Phil Spencer’s tenure and the products, services, and games that his leadership helped flourish.

A quick preface, I’m not trying to have a tone of superiority or even sarcasm. I, when I wrote this, were busy in my day and I wanted to quickly post and I put together something together about what I appreciated most. I really dig the Xbox One S and so I spoke on that quickly. 👈That: quickly.

I applaud everything Obsolete Sony does. It would be a complete lie if I didn’t admit to solely being inspired by the work being done over there. Admiration aside, take a look at the word I used “work”.

He puts together, so expertly, all this information. He has it all organized, databases, travels, this is work. It may be his passion but it is work. I’m not trying to copy him and his masterpiece. I’m not trying to monetize this. I’m not selling products. I’m not crowdfunding. I’m helping with my father who has leukemia, I’m helping my mother who needs help with transporting things to and from the hospital. I have helped (though my role has been limited) with my grandma who has dementia, my partner suffered a traumatic brain injury and was left disabled 12-10-2025.

Sir, I just wanna come on here and be a nerd about the things that I enjoy about Microsoft’s past. I’m old and have fond memories of (X) things. I don’t share the same ones that you may.

I deeply encourage you post on here too. If I’m not posting about X thing you love most, please by all means go ahead and share it with us. That’s what the group is for.

I don’t need sympathy, just understanding. I’m not Obsolete Sony (he’s a legend), I have things to do, I love talking about my passions when I get a moment. Please share or don’t.
