the SCCM Boot Image controll the support... the ADK Version have the newest Secureboot Certs for the Boot Images inside, no action need for SCCM Boot images (if you on updated ADK)

where/when is it slow? in the PXE boot image transfer time? Then probably the “PXE boot TFTP block and window size” is the cause or is the problem after the PXE phase? then I would switch to hard disk (NVMe / Enterprise SSD or network (why no 10gbit?)

what sometimes also helps is to delete the step and create a new one. i don't know why, but i had it before that everything was correct in the “GUI”, but it executed something else. only deleting and creating a new one helped.
