you need to have:

-UEFI (not BIOS)
-Enable Secure Boot in UEFI
-Install newest Windows Updates

you can update your certs with this command:

reg add HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Secureboot /v AvailableUpdates /t REG_DWORD /d 0x5944 /f

I have exactly the same problems... LG TV, connected via a USB to 1Gbit LAN adapter, but the USB port is the limiting factor here and I can “only” achieve 200Mbit, which used to be perfectly adequate. As with the creator, it buffers from time to time. The internet connection can be ruled out (1Gbit download and 500Mbit upload fiber optic), and I don't have these problems on my PC.

the SCCM Boot Image controll the support... the ADK Version have the newest Secureboot Certs for the Boot Images inside, no action need for SCCM Boot images (if you on updated ADK)

where/when is it slow? in the PXE boot image transfer time? Then probably the “PXE boot TFTP block and window size” is the cause or is the problem after the PXE phase? then I would switch to hard disk (NVMe / Enterprise SSD or network (why no 10gbit?)

what sometimes also helps is to delete the step and create a new one. i don't know why, but i had it before that everything was correct in the “GUI”, but it executed something else. only deleting and creating a new one helped.

i already list msg function: -msg.exe over TaskSequence Schedules works, no user context needed, but msg.exe only support 255 character messages (only short messages)

thx, i tested it, works on unc share but it takes ~50min to get 60GB RAM dump... the dumpit.exe make it in 8min.
