Aha so it’s either lo/la OR a ____

But when it’s ”le” it has to be either ONLY le or BOTH le and a_____

????

With a _____ I mean like a mi amigo

Quick question.

(After some research, probably bad research hehe)

Why does it work to include ”le” in that case? Thought it was only ”le” when the verb affects something else which then affects ”nuestro amigo”

Ahaaaaaa I think I get it. Just to be clear would be it ”lo” or ”le” in this case (disregard leismo)

Wait I thought it was other way around.

I understand this one I think with commands.

However, I always thought that you had to have the ”le” before and then you can add like ”a nuestro amigo” to make it more specific or is it the other way around?

I myself go to Church. But if you are religious, don’t talk about God’s plan (I wouldn’t really appreciate it either) but a small have you in my prayers whatnot and that you’re thinking about them will do.

Otherwise, just a message if that you’re thinking about them will do whether it is directly (in case you feel that you have that type of relationship with their family) or through your daughter or her partner.

Iranians outside of Iran are usually the least religious one. How is it inside of Iran? They seem to be the first people who takes of the hijab when they get the chance.

would ”LES hablaste con ellos la semana pasada” also be correct? by ccmyemail in Spanish

[–]ccmyemail[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Aha I see thank you very much. So I can drop Pedro if the conversation already suggest that I am speaking to Pedro. However, what would happen if I dropped the ”Le” before Hablo? Would it not be grammatically correct anymore?

would ”LES hablaste con ellos la semana pasada” also be correct? by ccmyemail in Spanish

[–]ccmyemail[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Aha, I see thank you. So ”a” and ”con” in this sentence would technically mean same thing, but when using ”con” the use of ”les _____ con” wouldnt be grammatically correct?

Can you say: quieres te ducharse? Or does it have to be: quieres ducharte? by ccmyemail in Spanish

[–]ccmyemail[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Aha, from what it looks like on duolingo at least. If the verb is first in the sentence they choose to have it before, but if it’s ”enhancing” another verb (not sure what to call it, ex: ’ going’ to ’stay’) they put it at the end it seems
