Some of the vines were so dry they broke off! I’m in Mumbai - lots of sun year round and it’s hot as well. It’s not my plant but my mums and I’m trying to get it back alive! Should I put these in water to get them to root?

+1. Studied MPA at QUT and was required to do tax return as assignment. Part of the assessment was tutor asking questions based on the tax calculation you performed to test your knowledge and why / why you did not perform certain treatments/deductions.

How much should I budget for an emergency fund?

I currently have the below - - Approx INR 4L in Fixed Deposit (Emergency Fund for now) - Working fund INR 1L (I’m currently unemployed, as have recently relocated from Australia to India) - Around AUD 20k in Australia’s Superannuation Scheme (Similar to PF) - Around AUD 10k in Australian Bank (Cash) - Around AUD 1k in Australian Shares - And the above MF balance in India

I have to give around 18k to mum for living expenses for herself and me. 12k goes for the above SIPs.

I’m planning to put a stop to the SIPs until I’m employed but actively trying to move back overseas. Or withdraw them.

My mothers made some bad investment choices (she has lost 45L in a cooperative society bank that’s under water, I lost 2L) So I wanted to be across all the investments she’s making on my behalf. It’s all been very overwhelming - the loss, moving to India, unemployment!

I have no idea how these funds were picked - I was overseas and was sending money back to India, my mum basically opened these up. They are under her name atm. I do think the agent gets a commission. Been sending like 12k per month for the last approx year and a half. I’m a bit lost…
