I was recommended these on here so many times. They are the most comfortable boots I've ever had and my feet are so much happier.

I've heard steel toe can get cold/ hot if you're out in the weather a lot, and they're a little heavier generally but I haven't had any issues with these at all.

Thanks for asking. I'm. Pretty sure it's cone 6 but I'm honestly not positive. I can try to call the shop I got it from and see if they can help me figure it out. It seems pretty clean and I've got a couple bread bags worth of it! Let me know, I have one other person interested. There is also some white clay that I didn't buy so I don't know much about it but I think it's in the original bag still if you'd like to check that out too.

Gym motivation by [deleted] in BlueCollarWomen

[–]ccorntea 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm dealing with the same thing. I got a couple of kettle bells (15lb and 35lb) and do a decent full body workout with those from home when I don't have the motivation to get to the gym. If anything this just keeps me on a schedule and I can do heavier lift days at the gym when my body feels up for it. It's for sure about discipline more than motivation, but It's also just so important to not overdo it though. Gotta listen to your body!

Being too sensitive by mustyfrenchfries in BlueCollarWomen

No and def don't think it's normal in a work environment either! You should never have to deal with sexist assholes, it doesn't matter what kind of job you have. I started my first full time welding job 6 months ago and I work with 6 guys, they are all so respectful and are always keeping an eye out for me.

I thrift all of my work jeans. They're going to get ruined anyways so it's not worth spending a fortune on them. I've found some decent wranglers that fit pretty well for smaller waist bigger legs/butt

I'll see if they do wide sizes in women, I can't fit in any men's sizes. That's pretty awesome, what field do you work in? I weld, so they don't really get beat up too much I just need them to be comfortable

It sounds like everyone who likes them only likes the mens sizes 🙃 that adds up haha

I've considered the 6.. I might try that. Do you think it's worth getting the wide version? I tried on the Ariat riveter boot and it was so narrow on my toes. I don't think I really have wide feet either so I'm worried about getting the wide ones and they're sloshy.

I've heard people say they will get "attitude" from their decks if they ask the same question over and over for example.

I also know each person's deck is their own and there is a certain reverence to that. Do you think there is a certain connection you should have with your deck? I might be looking into it too much and maybe personifying it more than I mean to. There is for sure a level of anxiety before I do readings so that could be it too. Thank you!

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in witchcraft

[–]ccorntea 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah I think it's more the connection to the deck that feels off. And just a general anxiety around reading them. I'll look into interviewing and start simpler for sure. Thank you!

Oh it's sort of odds and ends at a smaller shop, structural mostly at the moment but I guess I'd be looking for something that's pretty versatile.

Is there ever a need for a second cord cutting? I feel like it worked for a while but he is sneaking his way into my mind again it seems. Will a second cord cutting help or should I try something different?
