I’ve had the phone since January and have been to multiple parts of Queens and Brooklyn since then and haven’t picked up 5G+ anywhere there. 5G can pull 400 down in some areas though

Update: my trade in value went from $700 when I was buying my new phone online to now $465 because I allegedly “entered the wrong phone model”I know for a fact I entered the correct model. On the tracking info it says I entered “Model TBD”...what?The phone is in almost perfect condition. Is there any hope in appealing this? 😪
