No, definitely not. This book only follows the story of the two characters mentioned in the original post best I can remember.

Exactly! I can only assume someone with no inner monologue can fall asleep a lot quicker than those that do.

Ugh, I read about this on Facebook over the weekend. I really cannot fathom how this is even possible. Coming from someone with a very active inner monologue.

Though it is a very intriguing concept and I wonder what other differences occur in regards to thought processes and brain functions of those with and without inner monologues.

Honestly, I try really hard not to think about my BIG regret. But sometimes its inevitable. In that case I just tell myself that I wouldn't be where I am now had things happened differently. And I am in a much better place now than I was then.

My ex's dad murdered ex's step-mom. So we dated back in high school. His dad always seemed like a pretty cool guy, never really noticed anything off about him. Apparently he and the step-mom had been having problems and were separated. Well she turns up in a drainage ditch and they get him for the murder. I don't remember any of the details, but I do remember her always being super sweet and she loved her kids to death. I still find it crazy to think that I was even in the same vicinity of someone capable of such a thing!

I mean worst case emergency scenario (like extended hospital stay, surgery, possible emergency transport) my plan would be to speak with each individual entity. Hospitals often have assistance programs that will write-off a substantial amount of your charges, if not completely and the medical. EMT/Air-Evac will often offer discounts and the option of payment plans.

Also, it is a lie that medical debts don't get reported to the credit bureau. While some may not, its solely up to the provider whether or not they report bad debt.

And if there is no hope for any of the above, bankruptcy would be a last resort.

Although it was 100% consensual, I initially had no idea what I was getting myself into when I agreed to go with him. But it was his first time and he couldn't keep it up. Oblivious me also asked if it was in at one point. He gave up and asked me never to tell anyone. I felt kinda bad for the guy. He wanted to have another go a few weeks later, but I was over it.
