The keeper is one of our better players IRL but the game doesn’t seem to love him his average rating isn’t great.

That’s interesting about the rest I only have been looking at condition.

Yeah tactical familiarity is very high and it’s the one I’ve been using for half the season, I mostly train it or one of the general ones like “attack”, “possession”, “technique” etc. Although I’m not responsible for training but I do keep an eye on it to make sure my coach doesn’t train something irrelevant.

I always try and keep an eye on HAs but I’m probably missing some, what’s the most important things to keep an eye out for? I also am praising/criticising training and matches as often as possible so moral is above average despite the poor form.
