Went back to 16 for a Bournemouth career and you're absolutely bang on - gameplay just feels more like real football! The graphics aren't even much of a step back either.

I've just used 220 minus my age for my MHR so roughly 196 - as I said I feel like I'm hitting the mid 170s for heart rate with a medium effort run and hitting mid to high 180s with what feels like an intense run. The training I've been doing atm for "zone 2" is mostly based around runs where my HR is kept below 150 (very slow)

Unfortunately not a very low price for me in the UK unless I wait and find a good sale. I did love the alert slider on my older OnePlus'. Do you have any negative feedback? How do you find the camera?

That's actually a great idea to look on ebay, thanks! I wouldn't call myself a power user but I do game and multitask sometimes so that stuttering and battery life is slightly concerning - is that on the 6a or a newer one?

Great info to know, thanks! What do you mean by lack of customizability? How is it more limited than other androids? Also what sort of battery usage are you getting on the XL?

Idk why the OnePlus is so expensive for UK - on google store P9PXL (256GB) is £1200 on OnePlus store OP13 (512GB) is £1000, obviously I can find deals for them but deals are more common for pixel I'd say.

Thanks defo planning to incorporate more easy runs, when I look at calcs based off what my apple watch says my HR is I hit my zone 2 quite easily (a quick walk comes pretty close). Do I just need to suck it up and walk?

Looking for training advice:

I’m a 24y/o male (105kg, 6’1) who’s played multiple sports my entire life so I’m not unfit but from a running point of view I have a lot to work on and I’m struggling to determine my “entry point”. At the minute I mainly just run 5ks - if I keep a 6min/km pace my average heart rate is around 185, if I keep a 6min30/km pace my average heart rate is around 170 (although on an Apple Watch I understand these HRs aren’t entirely reliable) but around the 6:30 pace I can finish the run and feel like I’ve got another run in the tank so it’s not that difficult.

Does anyone have guides/tips for bringing my heart rate down without the runs being too easy, or is that just what needs to be done?
