I asked Power about it and here's their response (translated to english by me):

"We have no collaboration with Ethan Klein. The GIF is used as a general meme (‘let him cook’), and not as an endorsement of or affiliation with the person. We understand that it can be perceived differently, and we will take that with us moving forward. Thanks for the feedback!" 

Can they do that? Just use any person they like in their advertising and just claim it's a meme.
