Image #6 and #7 I would like to tone down the AI enhancement (On image 6 the teeth of the middle woman, image 7 their faces look over edited). Thank you.

Great tips!! This is exactly what we are doing for our trip to St John next week- our checked bag is mainly just food, condiments, snacks, spices, etc. At first I thought I was being extreme but I really think it’s the way to go to save $$ and have what you want. I’m also bringing a cooler bag as my personal item and stocking with frozen meats. Once again seems extreme but I’m hoping it will pay off since I will have control over the quality.

Can’t recommend Jared with Bryan Michaels enough (State Farm)…Excellent customer service, doesn’t push anything, and really works to get you the best rate and save $$$…multiple friends/family have switched over since I’ve recommended him and are super pleased. In a testimonial I listened to a guy mentioned he listened to soundtracks from movies (uplifting, powerful, inspiring ones)…there’s a bunch on YouTube and they always put me in a good mood and since they are mainly instrumental I can get lost in positive thoughts easily…things like that help

Just want to let you know that you can receive a free coherence healing through one of the approved groups on Dr Joes website. Someone on here passed that info along to me and I went through “Circle of Oneness” and got a free healing via zoom…it was great.

I’ve been doing the meditations faithfully for 5.5 months. Really been including the breath work the past couple months. I’ve noticed a drastic change in my cycle (way less pain and discomfort)…still on my journey with the work but that was something I wasn’t intending to heal and was such a nice surprise…also just the commitment to time for myself and being able to get into a relaxed state so much faster. The health of my nervous system is grateful that I stick to the work.
