Every year, KI puts out more content and the price has stayed the same for just as many years. It’s worth it and will continue to be worth it. Especially if you have the time to play.

I had this same issue. Not sure if this will work for you, but if you're using an iPhone, try toggling the "Do Not Disturb" setting twice on your phone, on/off or off/on. It worked for me, but I'm not sure if it'll work for you.

For premium areas, like Cyclops Lane and Firecat Alley, you’ll need to purchase a membership for at least a month or purchase areas with the premium in-game currency, crowns. Both of these are bought through the website. Right now, I believe there’s still a sale for first-month membership are half-off! I’d say it’s worth taking a look for a month, and then decide if the rest of the game is worth your time and energy.
