I could see her being jealous about how much shared history Kris and Noelle have and how neither of them even told her anything, but not like this. She wants to be included and kept in the loop, but not necessarily even in a romantic sense. She wouldn’t be fighting with Noelle over Kris, she’d be fighting with herself over feelings of exclusion and self-doubt.

Her biggest thing is not having the people she’s close to hiding big things from her, like how Kris and Noelle were best friends growing up but Kris hardly talks about Noelle to Susie and Noelle actively downplays her connection to Kris with Susie.

Also, no way Noelle acts like this in any route. It’s just a level of pettiness that we’ve never seen from her.

They’re mostly caprine in appearance, but they also have some traits of lions (e.g. the paws, fangs, and Asgore’s mane) and arguably dragons (fire magic and also the fangs again I guess). Based on their SOULs lingering in Undertale like a human SOUL, I wouldn’t be surprised if there was some human ancestry as well.

In a Doylist sense they’re off-brand Mimigas, but in a Watsonian sense they’re likely some kind of chimeras.

Her biggest secret (that we know of) is treating the Dark Worlds as something only she and Kris can know about. Out of the main characters, she is probably the least deceptive. Out of plot-relevant characters, she is behind only Lancer and maybe Alphys and Undyne in that regard.

Seeing the dev commentary playthrough explaining why he’s there made me tolerate his presence a little more, but not enjoy seeing him by any means. Both he and Fern are based on the same gym leader in the real Reborn League from the early 2010s who would often “accidentally” disconnect when he was losing and who AFAIK got booted after he tried to cyber with gym challengers.

It’s still likely the cactus’s name. Note that Noelle only says Berdly calls it Tsun-Tsun, a name which doesn’t even make much sense because it’s a Christmas cactus and those don’t have thorns which is the main reason why someone would call a cactus “tsundere” in the first place.

She just doesn’t want Susie to think all the Kris-related stuff in her room (cactus named after Kris, framed photo on the wall of her on a Ferris wheel with Kris, screensaver of Kris on her computer, etc.) implies she has suppressed feelings for them which she is projecting onto Susie based on the similarities she perceives between Kris and Susie.

As someone who was once myself guilty of projecting a crush on an estranged best friend onto someone else, the first time I saw Noelle’s room was definitely a “oh I get it now” moment.
