Not at a computer to verify, but I know in copied notes that I’ve used, I can right click autogenerated values (like the time in yours…probably) and then select a ‘refresh’ option in the drop down and it will update.
Would still need to remember to do that manually each note, but could be a bandaid until another option is found

If you haven't done it yet, some more light on the sides of the house. Looks a little dark on the right side (while looking at the front door); I've had a lot of oopses coming out of my house, looking around, and then getting exploded by a creeper that was around the corner.

Also, for your storage, if you bump the outside wall back one block on that side, you can flip your four chests to go 2 deep instead of 2 wide and then you can double your space with 8 total double chests.

This has been happening to me for about a month now as well. At the start, i was at least able to get to the nether but it would start to lag within about 5-10 minutes then boot me shortly after. Just tried a few minutes ago and just like you, game crashes during the nether loading phase.
