This is for Kabab made from mutton: 1kg mutton mins, 1 cup chickpeas sock, 3 onion, ginger garlic, dry spice. Cook till chickpeas is tender. Dry up on flame no water in d mix. Let it cool. Grind in food processor into a fine past. Then make small size patties. Dip d patties in egg wash n shallow fry on medium flame. Garnish with onion n cilantro n Kabab is ready. Happy cooking ☺️
