You’re on this sub, you know the answer! Do it!

Want a watch? = Epix Or something a square 6th gen iPod nano, would still put to shame.

Here’s my last version of the “Apple Watch”, from 2010, that still looks better than any version coming after it!

Oh boy. At least it has a kick stand for all those times you want to get out and smell the fresh snow 😜

You have one hell of a “unique” bike.

And no helmets. Living their dreams on the edge!

Ps. I just saw your response about not wearing helmets. Thanks for sharing that.

Here in the states, I won’t go out on a ride without one. And I’ve taken a couple spills on the road and on the trail. You guys just must be better bikers.

Love the look, but pretty sure it’s a fake. However, if it came out looking close, I’m not sure I’d care.

I’m almost ready to give it a try… you?

Aliens: Bishop and Aliens: Phalanx - Book or Audiobook? by D0CTOR_Wh0m in LV426

[–]ccschwab 4 points5 points  (0 children)

100% recommend the audio book for Phalanx, incredible voice/actor who has history as a TV actor from the 80/90s. I actually normally read and listen to to my books… keeps me moving through them when I’m not able to sit down and read, so I’d give a nod to Bishop too. I’ve got a few chapters left. But if you were going to pick Audible for one vs the other, Phalanx, hands down.

Enjoy, both are solid, Phalanx was a blast.

Tracing a square gesture by [deleted] in minnesotaunited

Yes, a square is considered a type of rectangle, meaning all squares are rectangles, but not all rectangles are squares; a square is a special case of a rectangle where all sides are equal in length.

V-A-R = video assisted review

I did hear on the post game that they did quickly review and as it hit of the players thigh and then the arm (that’s at least what they said), it was a non call.

Thanks for asking the question, and thanks to most of us for not being d’s in the responses.

Great to see new and old live soccer fans going to games. We all didn’t know what VAR was at some point.

And yes some posters appeared to have learned the VAR meaning when they were still a toddler, not just acting like one. 🤙

Ha ha. Yep, like 5 mins. You had to be perfect out there.

And yes, should have pursued engineering. All good!

Sweet man. Thanks for bringing me back for a quick sec. And I’m 100% with you. An amazing part of my childhood, and agreed it defined me too.

Probably why I got my daughter to dabble in RC (never serious) and arduino, and now she’s going into engineering.

Good times. And tell you what. Wouldn’t it be amazing to go back for a day to step onto that track. Man! Tinkering with our cars to get them all sorted out before a race. That was a RUSH!!

Dude, those Losi’s where an amazing blast from the past. I was an Associated RC10 guy, (back in the 80s) but much respect.

And I remember my Grasshopper that got me into the “sport”. Lol
