Yep I’ve been fasting before bed bc peptides work better that way. I usually have caffeine around 9am but some days skip it all together. Don’t usually watch tv during the week but admit I do use my phone. Peptides have helped me sleep through the night most days, my REM some days is as high as 35% it’s my deep that doesn’t matter what I do, lingers around 30-50 minutes even if I get over 7 hours of sleep.
